Thanks for this info. But I just read we will need proof of utility bills or credit card statement that he’s actually resident. Do you have any idea if that could be true?
That is also true. Proof of residency includes these documents that you mentioned. Utility bill or rental agreement are better than a credit card statement. Good luck!

I know this, what I’m asking is if an expired IELTS will make the system kick us out of the pool automatically (before ITA) due to ineligibility?
Well you will not be kicked out of the pool, provided you are the main applicant and your wife is claiming for spousal factors. But the day the IELTS expires, you will loose the points for language and your score will drop automatically. Once you retake the IELTS, you can update your profile with the new scores. You will remain in the pool during this time provided your profile doesn't expire due to the 1 year limit.

If your wife is the main applicant, I think you will fall out of eligibility, and probably her profile will get deactivated. Not exactly sure on that scenario

Oh wow the cut offs in recent past have been staggering. What is even more staggering is the amount of negativity on a "Ray of Hope" thread.
As some have noted before the rise in cut offs may have been fueled by increased rate of RFE / Rejections in H1B renewals. That is not changing anytime soon but cut offs do come down time to time. In any case 463 seems a tad too high to me. Hope it comes down for next few rounds.

Received NOI from OINP on July 12th, 2019 (Tech Draw) .Claimed 8 Years of employment in Express Entry Profile. But later I have realized that First and Last Year had breaks in employment (No continuous employment). Got the OINP invite based on these 8 years that I have showed in my Express Entry Profile.I have prepared the OINP application but did not submit it , withdrew it without submission.Later changed employment details in the Express Entry to 6 years and wanted to claim the 2 non continuous years under part time. I have a CRS score of 451 and by looking at the scores this year looks like chances are low.

So Seniors could you please let me know what are the chances getting OINP NOI again in 2020 tech draw.Do I have to withdraw my Express Entry application and create a new one to be eligible for another NOI? If I do this I will be loosing my Tie breaker Date which is 27th May,2019.Please advice.
I don't understand why you withdrew your application. If it was OINP HCP stream, 8 years is not a requirement. OINP needs 1 years continuous work experience and EE will consider maximum 3 years.

Sad truth for us.
In 2018
  • Lowest CRS points cutoff in a 2018 Express Entry draw: 439 (all programs), 288 (FSTC)
  • Highest CRS points cutoff in a 2018 Express Entry draw: 456 (all programs), 902 (PNP)
the main factor for jumping score from 457 to 463 is it took more than 2 week after last draw and approved PNPs, If next draw will be on 18 Sept, Wednesday itself and for god sake less PNP effect then we can expect at least 4-5 points drop and touching nearly 450-452 at the end of the year.

Did anyone noticed the distribution of candidates in the 451-600 range. On 15 Aug it was 7038 and on 30 Aug it was 6826, which means a decrease of 212 candidates in the 451-600 distribution. Moreover, the number of 601+ candidates increased from 127 to 395. If 601 candidates hovered around 450 till today, how it is possible to have around 3000+ candidates with in 5 days. Besides, the tie breaker rule was 23 August. Seems like lots of PNPs's got approved, which caused a sudden influx of candidates.

We'll have to see the distribution before the next draw to know the story.

help
If the husband is applying alone, still spouse need to get the medical and police reports????
Yes. Also, you have to maintain funds for spouse too.

My case was all messed up. Due to recession and other factors had a gap of 7 months during 1st year. Next Lay off in 2018 took me 6 months to find another job. Employer provided a letter with 8 total years.I did the same while creating express entry profile. I realized when I looked at my W2's and Pay stubs that 1st year was $27,000 gross and last year was $49,000 gross. Rest continuous (80k - 100k). I have consulted and immigration attorney and it all started from here. Just to make his money he misguided me to withdraw the application and proceed through him only for Federal not for provincial else it would lead to misrepresentation or at the most Procedural Fairness.I had to withdraw because of this false information.

PROOF OF FUNDS.....?
I have a 10 months old FD for Rs. 800,000 and my bank A/c statement. Is it sufficient to show the POF? or I should go to my bank to obtain a letter for my fundings. if yes, any specific format for the same. Thanks
