Hi All, my score is 438 .I will be travelling to Canada for 2 years on a ICT visa for the same company I have been working for 5 years .
My IELTS score was 9 which is expiring in November .
My question is Can I claim the Job offer 50 points for this , my noc 2174 and I have LMIA Exempt employment no as well .

Hi All,

I just wanted to share this with people here as you all understand this the most - the anxiety and the restlessness that this waiting period comes with.

We, who decide to move abroad, do so with so much hope and courage but sometimes its just so bloody tiring. Sometimes you just meet these agents who make sure that your positive spirit is killed. Other times you meet people who makes you realise the temporariness of your situation but I guess its part of the deal that we need to swallow and move on with.

When I read these discussion here I feel really hopeful. So, thank you everyone for being so kind and helpful to each other. We need more of you all in the world.

I am at 456 now and I really hope that this situation ends on a good note for all of us. I wish the same for everyone :')

Hi Abhishek, As far as I know, for ICT, you can claim points only if

(1) You completed 1 year in Canada with the offer you are trying to use. I dont think you can use the work permit if you never travelled to Canada.
(2) You can show that you will have a job in Canada for 1 year after you get your PR. (May not be mandatory, but recommended)

What should I do? Should I manually reduce my experience my one month for the time being and correct it in October?

473 will obviously get me an ITA but still it's one month till my experience increases.
