i have total score of 460 right now. can anyone tell me the next date of PR draw and what are chances ?
There is no fix schedule for draws... But mostly it's every alternate Wednesday.. .. N next expected draw is on 4th September... If it happens on 4th u will definitely get ur ITA. .

Hey guys, last time when Canada had a holiday on 5th Aug, the subsequent draw got postponed by 3 days which shot up the Cut-off. Any idea, if we can expect the same around this time as well, as 2nd September is Labor day holiday.

The postponement of August Draw is not linked to any holiday. Labour Day is always first monday of september and last year draw happened on 5th which was wednesday so there is no reason to speculate that the draw will not happen on 4th.

Urgent help
We have 456 points at the moment. My husband is the main applicant and his birthday is on 29th of October. After his birthday our marks will be 451. If we receive a invitation before his birthday, do we need to submit all documents before 29th of October (before marks deduction)?
People will jump on me for saying this but I'd suggest do it before his birthday.. why take the risk.. if medicals are done in your city of residence it'll take a day or two to have it done.. or if you are a family you aren't required to have medical done upfront..

PCC you can get in a day if you're lucky.. 5 at most..

Bank letter you can get in a day

Rest you can get in advance..

Try to submit before your husband's birthday

Crs score may be impacted by PNPs but only for a couple of draws..

I hope you are right to every word. Currently sitting at CRS 456, profile created on 5th June. Eagerly waiting for cut off. Hell, I even go out on a limb and say it happens on Tuesdays

No one is sure of anything only CIC is;)

When you create your profile only matters if the cut off on 4th Sept draw is 460. Given that the last cut off was 457. It is expected that a draw on 4th Sept will have a cut off score in this range 455-458. You should be safe given your score is 460.

Get Gift Deed written on Stamp Paper (If you are from Pakistan you can get it done from local kacheri). It should be on stamp paper and should be notarized. You can all get this done in one day from Local Kacheri. Ideally get a copy of cheque notarized as well from which the funds are being transferred as gift. I am still to get this done for myself but I have done full research so that there are no hiccups in getting it done post-ITA.

It depends on the country. Affidavit should also be on stamp paper and notarized, as per Indian laws.

I am not really sure if you need an affidavit as Gift Deed also mentions the same thing. Mostly Gift Deed alone should be enough if it mentions that it is out of love and I have no claim whatsoever on this amount
