Go for OINP. Too many uncertainties could happen especially with an election going on. You could wait well into first half of 2020 with CRS 450. If you apply for OINP you are mostly guaranteed for an ITA by early October. The only downside is 1500 CAD.

by early October 2019 or 2020? Also add cost of sharing your education evaluation info. Wes demands extra 37 CAD for 1 minute of work.

One more thing, if his agent is not registered agent, ask him to ditch them already. Clearly, the agent only care about the money if his been in the pool for 2 years without making progress.

Accessing information is really easy these days. He doesn't need an agent, to be honest. All infos about Canadian Immigration are available online its official websites and so does PNP programs.

I have a Master's degree but I won't be able to get a copy of my diploma, only my transcript. My university sent WES my transcript so they were able to do my ECA. The reason I can't get the diploma is because I am on a payment plan with my university to finish paying off the outstanding balance on my tuition. Can I submit my ECA, Master's transcript, & an official letter from my university stating my degree and graduation date in place of my diploma? Thank you in advance for your advise.

my question is, on question about number of family members accompanying with her? what should be my answer to this? 1 or 2?

My wife has a 2 years diploma from an institute and my agent told me that it would not add any points since at least she should have a bachelor of 3 yrs study , is it correct ?

Your agent is giving you wrong information. S/he must be unlicensed immigration agent because registered agent should know that even 1 year diploma or certificate worth 6 points if the ECA report stated that of course. You can find the CRS point calculations in below link:

My husband also had 2 years Australian diploma and it was assessed as equivalent to 2 years Canadian diploma as well and it contributed 7 points towards my CRS. He also scored CLB 9 and was awarded 20points for that so total points added to my CRS is 27.

Please, just get your wife's ECA done as well as IELTS. Every point count at this stage for you so better do all you can to increase your point in order to have a chance of getting ITA.

Hi peeps.

I read an Express Entry applicant's refusal letter, where reasons for refusal were stated as his reference letter not having roles and responsibilities, as well as not having submitted ANY AFFIDAVITS.

My focus is on the affidavit aspect:

1) What are some major examples of situations when an affidavit is required by the IRCC to be submitted with application for Express entry?

2) Does anyone have a sample of what it looks like or can describe the key details in such an affidavit?

Did he have any other official documents with proof that he worked there? His duties?

I think it really depends on how his letter of reference looked like and that he did not confirm his responsibilities and his position, therefore his work experience wasnt counted.

I'm sorry if the prediction is making you nervous but most of Ray Of Hope thread followers are actually requesting for prediction to see where they might be standing in the pool and claimed it gave them some hope as I also do calculation for cut off score estimation as well so I am sorry once again but the predictions are addressed to ROH followers in general and does not intend to scare or make some people anxious.
