Guys my biggest challenge is Employment Letter. This is the major reason for rejection. Is there a way we can verify this before applying? Can someone recommend a service or even help me. It will be very much appreciated.


If you want to see, here is one that bothers me alot


To Whom It May Concern:


This letter is to verify that x x has been employed at x Inc. since December 10, 2018. He is currently a full-time, permanent employee at company headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario as a Cloud Systems Administrator with a workload of 37.5 hours per week. He is working at X under the supervision of x x, Director of Operations. His annual salary is $00,000 per year and benefits consist of group life, accidental death and dismemberment, extended health care, dental, and long-term disability.


The duties and responsibilities of Mr. x as a Cloud Systems Administrator include, but are not limited to:

  • Consulting with vendors to aid in the design and implementation of cloud systems at x;
  • Advising on strategy and delivery of cloud services, both internally and externally;
  • Conducting independent reviews to assess quality of software products and applications being used at x; and
  • Conferring with staff at x to identify any security risks associated with software products and applications being used.

I asked my pervious employer to include my working hour and salary, they said they don't do that. For salary, i have my joining letter, but how will I explain about working hours if the employer is denying to mention it. I have the email though which says it clearly that they don’t mention it because that’s not in their standard format. What should I do? And will it be accepted??

1. Request them to write 'full time' atleast in your letter
2. If you have a timesheet tool, pull out a report of your working hours for a period of a month. This indicates your working hours.
3. Open your Appointment letter/Terms of employment and I'm certain there would be a clause which would mention that you are supposed to dedicate your services to them. It's the general tendency of employers.

U can show the above in combination or individually and it will bail you out. Cheers

Couldn't entirely understand the help you are seeking. However, you can always compare the job duties on your reference letter with what's listed in your NOC here https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/find-national-occupation-code.html

There must be a 60% match atleast. If duties match in a acceptable proportion then u r likely to receive an approval.

The first company I worked at after college is now defunct; I explained this in a LoE and attached press clippings proving that the company is, in fact, shut. I also attached my offer letter and pay slips. I'm still waiting in the DIP stage, but I haven't encountered any problems with this so far.

Edit: (My experience so far is with the OINP, not EE yet)

Thank you. But as I said I already left the organization so I don’t have access to timesheet. I will thoroughly read my appointment letter and will try to link them as per your suggestion. Thank you so much . :)

. Contact owner/boss/supervisors on their emails n ask for refrence letter
. Collect all available documents like appointment letter, promotion letter, relieving letter, ID card
. Any notice in paper or office regarding closure of company
. Affidavit from coworker of tht company
. Proper letter of explanation n self affidavit mentioning ur designation,salary n duties.

In EE profile, personal details section has question regarding marital status. She has marked "Married". Next question is "Will this person accompany applicant to Canada?" Answer should be Yes?

I am not able to modify the answer as it is disabled. Do i need to create profile again?
