My agent is saying that this is not a silly issue and that I need to decline my invitation and get back in pool as my application is considered incomplete and not submitted.
Please help

What agent you are using?? Anyway, pls note that u ll only have to decline your invitation only if after making all the changes in your application it gives you a score that is lower than the cutoff score for which you have secured your ITA. Apart from this condition, you should be perfectly ok to explain your mistakes of your pre ita form through LOE. Now you should also think about throwing your agent out cause he is just so naive. I'm sure about the boost in our points but if we receive ITA on September 4th and our ECA report says September 10th, would that be an issue? Thanks in advance.

i ll say don't but again it depends upon you but i will strongly advice you that don't do it wait for your ECA but its your call the points will be reducing so its a matter of time just relax

Draw can be on Sept 2/3/4 (most likely 4th). Cut off should be 456 with tie breaker around June/July.

Sep 2 is a labor day in Canada...

I'm at 452 - Got a NOI from Ontario on the 15th. Collecting documents at the moment, however, I read that there's a chance that it might come down to 452 in the next draw! Really hoping that happens so I don't need to pay the extra 1500!
