The CRS will come down, not quickly but it will reach the low levels once again at the beginning of the new year 2020.

Dont you worry people, I am trying to be positive just like all of you. Sitting at 447, I thought it would be over soon - but as luck would have it.

Yes, it should. But to be on safer side, also upload your individual marksheets. There's absolutely no question of delay because of marksheets in addition to your transcripts, and such a claim is absurd, to say the least. o_O
Only degree. Rest all are unnecessary and will delay your application.
Only degree is correct.

Logic

When we are completing our WES evaluation online, the payment that we make includes a copy of the report being sent to Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). So it makes sense that IRCC somehow has access to World Education Service (WES) evaluation. The only thing they might do is just enter our reference number and there it is - your Education Credential Evaluation (ECA) report gets displayed. And they cross verify it with our degree.

Secondly, the cic website clearly states that it does not require your ECA report but might be asked at a later time (everyone knows what the word ‘might’ means). Also, cic states that transcripts can be submitted if available.

Thirdly, our electronic-Application for Permanent Residency (e-APR) includes the documents that need to be uploaded with each section. So when we receive e-APR, we will know what to do.

Good Luck to all!

Hey! Do we need to get another set of transcripts for this?
Won't a valid ECA report describe all this?
Marksheets and degrees are handy, easy to scan and upload. Transcripts on the other hand can take weeks to come, sometimes over 60 days. o_O
Read the Proof of Studies section bro

It's typically these folks who provide over documentation whose applications get delayed. Imagine if you provide a marksheet and there is a fail or a dob or name mistake, their applications will go into review and a 10 month delay. If you are a senior techie it will cost you 100000$ in salary.
A reviewing agent does not want to go through 10 sheets of paper when 1 is enough. It will annoy him and who knows what his mood would be that day.

You should upload your IELTS-TRF, ECA, and all Degrees + Marksheets + Transcripts in a single PDF.
Are you sure we need to upload all degrees? For example, I have eca for mymsc degree, do i need to upload my bsc degree as well? Why would they want to see my bsc degree when I have an eca for my msc?

True. The uploads should be precise.

I had a 3 months gap in my work experience. Should I mention it in my Letter of Explanation (LOE)?

Work experience
15 December 2015 to 8 October 2016
30 January 2017 to present

Gap

If you have the Transcripts, then it can be added to the marksheets as well. If not, then just marksheets are fine. Some Universities do not issue Transcripts, but attest the marksheets.

If you have mentioned your B.Sc in the profile, then they would surely want to see the associated documents of your degree. If not, then it doesn’t matter.

Hello everyone. Just 1 question regarding marriage certificate....(Married outside Canada) Does it need to be attested by the ministry of foreign affairs before being uploaded?
