Hello everybody
I am daily follower of ROH threads and inland applicant. I have already done 1 year but unfortunately I cant get enough score in ielts so still stuck at 442. I was wondering to get LMIA, my company loves me and will try best to get positive LMIA but (1) is it possible to get LMIA approved if company is based in toronto and they can get another guy easily (2) How long does it take for entire process (3) after PR do i need to work for them for certain period of time if I claimed points for LMIA I already worked for this company for 1.2 years. I still have 1 year work permit left.
Any senior or experienced can please educate me on this issue.

No, it doesn't mean anything other than she was requested to pay the fees.

Right. And it's strange too.
RPRF can be paid at the time of landing, no need to pay it upfront. Hence, it is strange she is being asked to pay it beforehand.

Iqas has gave me masters degree equivalent to Canadian Masters but then why I am only getting 7 points more?? Doesn’t masters should give you 15-20 points?

Im losing hope now. At least 4 draws before the 455 score will get me through. Could be more considering how slow the decline is. Terrible feeling.

It's going to be enough for you to get an ITA. From 470 in may to 459 in July. I am so positive that before August ending, the CRS cutoff would be back to the 440s range

A month ago I was doubting whether I should give a try to another IELTS. I had 453 points and could get 3 to 6 points more by improving writing and/or speaking. Seeing the latest trends I understand that to re-take IELTS was a good idea. I improved writing and now have CRS 456. Wait is stressful, but I Hope to get an ITA this autumn.

I'm software Engineer with NOC - 2172,2173.My CRS score as of now is 445.What are the chances that i will get NOI in next OINP tech draw? Is it requred to get NOI for sure if CRS cutoff for the draw is 439 or they will pick up random profiles from CRS Range 439+.Please let me know about it if you guys have any knowledge about this.

See.. all anyone outside oinp officially knows is already on OINP's website.. I would advise you to go through their website

Their website doesn't state when the next draw is going to be and which NOCs would be targeted.. My suggestion is to do everything to increase your CRS.. be 100% correct when filling up your profile.. For PNP, you can submit EOI to provinces such as Manitoba or Saskatchewan.. or wait for NOI from others like Alberta or Ontario.. remember to read terms and conditions carefully.. expressing interest in one may disqualify you to receive NOI from another..
