How long did they take in the entire process? When did they receive your docs?

WES received my docs on 13th June. They provided me the due for completion date on 12th July.

So, if I will receive the ECA report on the due date then the entire process( since doc received by WES) is less than 2 months. 40days to be exact.

I have tried finding some info on when OINP conducts the draw but couldn't find anything. From what I can tell there is no set pattern or definite schedule when they conduct their draws. Is that accurate?

I had submitted a profile for Canada two years ago and my profile was declared ineligible. Now after 2 years when I have improved my score and am adding my info I have noticed NOC code and the title for one job was different. My employer documents state the job title differently and the duties are better matched with another NOC. If I change and submit the profile and mention I applied for express entry before will I be rejected on this basis?

YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY MENTION YOU HAVE APPLIED BEFORE.

They will find out either way and the worst thing you can do is lie in your application.

One of my friend had a similar situation. He is in closed work permit and spouse in open work permit. With spouse CRS 449, without spouse 460. Got the advise from lawyer that we can go ahead with spouse unaccomonaying. Later once his PR is done he can sponsor his spouse and baby.

-Make sure you pick the NOC with which your job duties on reference letter match. If job duties on your reference letter satisfy duties of NOC code then job title shouldn't be an issue.
- no you won't be rejected just because you applied before and were ineligible. You can get rejection though if it was deemed a case of misinterpretation. Also make sure that you mention that you applied before when making new express entry profile. Good luck!

Yes it is possible to do so but not recommended. Your date of medical usually decides the expiry of the visa, before which you have to land in Canada.

- Were the 1623 candidates, the total # of candidates in that category or were they only a subset from the 439-459 range?

You can change it as per your designation whenever you want (before ITA) and to be on the safe side mention the scenario in an LOE to validate your claim. No worries! Many people have changed their NOCs. The only thing is your job duties must be matched with the primary NOC otherwise you're prone to receive the ADRs.

So, get the relevant Job descriptiom with the matching duties as per your NOC and attach an LOE regarding the change in the NOC.

Must tell you that prior the ITA phase, it never means that you've applied. Its just the profile you've created and entered into the pool. You can't say that you just applied when you weren't invited to do that via Invitation To Apply (ITA).

My friend had the similar doubt and becuase of which he withdrew his profile and re-entered into the pool with a new one!!

1 - Noone except OINP knows

2 - not all from the range.. there r a few people who had targeted noc but didn't get NOI
