Yes, you would need to include all 10 years of work experience.
Company that has been shut down, simply explain about it into Letter of explanation. Provide whatever docs you can submit for this company.
Don’t exclude it from resume. Mention the way it is.
No one has got approved from NOI May 31st batch, we’re waiting for the approval still. Hopefully in coming week, this should be done.

Since May 31st people didn't get their NOI yet most of the people with 458 should get invitations on July 24th. Because I don't think many people will get NOIs within two days. Seniors any views regarding this???

I have an old application that was not in the pool and was rejected. I listed my old job in a different NOC which I later found incorrect. I have a new application in the pool but want to change a few information to correct it. Will it affect acceptance and will they question me about the old application which will expire on Aug 12.

In that case, do I need to update my EE profile to reflect all work experience there as well? Currently I have mentioned only 1 company in my EE profile which was enough for getting max points (3+ years)
You need to list the experience for which you are not claiming points only in the personal history section.you do not need to provide proof for anything in personal history. If you mention anything in employment history you will need to have proof for that. So ideally the 3 years experience goes in employment history rest of the work experience goes in personal history

I do understand that. The concern is that in the OINP application i need to show all work experience irrespective of points claimed. For consistency, do i need to update my EE profile with entire work history as well to match the OINP application. Please note i haven't received ITA so there is no option at present to add something in personal history.
There is a good chance on August 21st for 455 and I feel that score will come down to 450 by the end of year. But in mean time try to improve your score if you can.
You can make any changes before you recieve ITA and it won't have any impact. CIC will find out about your rejected application though as they have question in express entry asking that did you apply to IRCC before. But don't worry it is not going to impact your future applications in any way since it wasn't a case of misleading information or fraud.
