yea true and also we submit our old UCI number too, So i guess it should not be a problem.
One you submit your application and your biometrics are done, your EE profile UCI will be replaced with the same UCI number (work/study permit).

That's correct. I think you should wait for the ECA as you need ECA ref no and the exact completion date because even though WES gave the estimate completion date, majority of people are getting the ECA pass the due date. Furthermore, you can't enter advance date. EE system won't allow it as the completion date in your case will be in the future. If you put fake/ incorrect date just so that you can submit your EE profile, I think you gonna be in trouble if you receive ITA with those incorrect information because as far as my understanding, your EE profile info get locked when you receive ITA and you can't change the detail anymore. Moreover, the visa officer will assess your profile based on those info you provided on your EE profile against supporting documents/evidenve you will provide when you submit your PR application.
So, in my opinion, just wait until you get your ECA report then submit your EE profile. With 462, I think you should get ITA in the next round (24th July) if your ECA is not ready by this coming Wednesday, the 10th.
Guys I have a question.... This score distribution which is on the website as of June 21. The people who have received ITA are they included in this distribution as well??? Or they are the ones which are left after the candidates picked up for ITA??? Please answer...

Yes and No.. The ones that got ITA and were in the pool as on June 21 are included.. The ones who got ITA and were not in the pool on June 21 are not..
Think of it as a snapshot of what the pool was like on June 21..
Usually the score distribution at the given date shows us how many candidates there are on that specific date. So if there is a draw at a later point, then they should be deducted but also any profiles created (a number which we can't be sure of) after that date needs to be added.
