haha on may 13 i had crs 455 and may 15 draw screwed up everything ... 463 is since june 13

Highly unlikely but read somewhere that it did happen..

It didn't happen with me.. Keep a close watch on your application status..
 
Canada has an ageing population and immigrants are the best way to keep supporting their social services like free healthcare etc.
