They are locked at the time of eAPR, not the ITA. So if you go below the minimum cut off score for that round, you should decline the ITA and wait for a new one at 465 which should not take too long looking at current trends. Can I get some help/guidance regarding birthday between ITA and e-APR ?
I received an ITA yesterday (yaay!), but have not done medical, it will likely take 3-4 weeks to get done. In that time I will have a birthday in July, so my points will drop from 470 to 465. Is that ok? I read somewhere that points for birthdays are frozen at ITA itself, but not clear or certain about that. Is this for sure or depends on the person reviewing the case?
