Your post kinda raised my heartbeat! Lol
 
If the draw is skipped today and is scheduled for next week. There are high chances that ITA's gonna be increased, with less time and more yearly target. 3/4 week gap is not a concern anymore, as long as the ITA's are increased, the chances of CRS dropping will be faster compared to Biweekly with 3350 ITA's.

Don't loose hope and keep the spirits high folks.

Another possibility: we might witness the first non-wednesday draw of 2019.
I think there hasn't been one till now, isn't it?
