iPunjabi you wrote - Rank required to be invited to apply: 3,350th or above

Where do you find the RANK NUMBER?
Is it the UID?

That's calculated based on the distribution as of the draw date/time. You won't see that in your profile. You just need to look at the cutoff score and the tie breaking rule.

All, I know it's disheartening seeing the 450 cutoff especially with the tiebreak date but if you take a look at https://www.cicnews.com/2019/05/min...das-express-entry-pool-0512248.html#gs.8kqio6

You'll see that at this point in the year, the number of ITAs issued are ahead of last year by about 6.5K ITAs, however, you'll also notice that the target ITAs for 2019 is ahead by roughly the same number. which means that number of ITAs issued in draws going forward for 2019 are likely to be in line with last year (i.e an increase from the 3,350 ITA number is very likely in several draws for the remainder of this year). This will help to bring down the cut off score.

So stay strong believing!

Good luck everyone and keep your hope high in this new 117th ray of hope thread. You will get your ita soon hopefully. As some actors in GoT were saying, I may change that famous phrase: "Second half of the year is coming". Don't ask me the meaning coz if you eagerly waiting an ita you will get the meaning :D:D:D

Hi, just joined this forum to wait with people going through similar hardships. I created my EE profile on Feb 18th 2019... CRS 448. Didn't realize it would be soo tense! All the best to everyone for the next draw

CRS - 450 | IELTS - L9 R7 W7 S8 | ECA - Master's. Profile created in April 1st week. Not hoping ITA on today's draw but in the next few.

So again my prediction is rite. This year CRS will not go below 447.

Next draw prediction
CRS 450
ITAs 3350

What is your prediction based on for the rest of the year? Since you don't know if other variables will be at play. For example random draws, increased ITAs etc.
It would help if you explained how you are coming up with 447 as the golden score?

The draws (happening every 2 weeks) and cut offs have become very predictable and it will continue to do so till we have that surprise 1 week gap draw.

I am expecting the 1 week gap surprise draw to happen this month as we have 5 Wednesdays! Hoping it does happen!

If not, another CRS 450 cut off draw will happen on May 15th!

There is no point in predicting the cut off for the whole year. CIC has always conducted surprise draws with 1 week gap or have increased/decreased the number of ITAs being issued. So, there is always chance for something like that which could bring the cut off below 445. Otherwise, if CIC strictly does not change the number of invites or the 2 week gap draw rule is always followed, then yes cut off will always stay above 445.

Yes, only surprise was the tie breaker which was in November 2018. Any idea what could be the tie breaker next time?

Score jumped to 470 from 445 !!!
One of my friend who was sitting at 445 had a sudden rise of 25 points on 1st may and today he recevied an ITA. He was due to complete his 3 years work experience on june 7.
Can anyone shed light on this. Is IRCC considering only months and not particular dates while calculating work exp?
I am due to complete my 3 years exp on 16th July does that mean i'll get the additional 25 marks on 1st June ?

Even assuming you are right, the number of candidates with 441 - 450 is 4 957.
This can be cleared in one or two draws if the ITAs were increased. Based on this i think its premature to conclude that 447 will be the golden score.

Most of inland applicants gets their work permit in July or August so this year in July or August a lot inland applicants will finish their 1 year experience and they will be eligible to create their profile and as they are inland applicant they will get some extra points. They will have Canadian experience points as well as Canadian study points. So the score will remain above 447.

Another reason is IELTS. computer based IELTS Is also affecting CRS.

There will be a lot of inland applicants who were in between 440-445 last year (due to ideas score in ielts) they all will increase score by finishing their 2 years experience as well.

This is really up to you and your friend as 460+ is a guaranteed score for immigration. Safest way is to decline and wait until you obtain all 3 years. But I've know others who were able to get through by accepting an ITA before they had enough exp. Some got rejected. Decision is yours.
