Even I've got MBA provisional degree which was assessed as bachelors from WES. So, I contacted IQAS, ICAS and they both declined to accept provisional degrees. And CES on the other hand only accepts provisional degree for further education only not for immigration purposes.

Need some advice. Am at 447. Entered pool on 1 Feb 2019. I can increase my point by giving ielts again. I was waiting initially for it to drop but it seems to take forever. Do you think I should give ielts a shoot?
I can boost to 453 or even 456 if goes well.

Hey dear,
Giving another shot of IELTS is always advisable if you're quite confident that you can boost your scores further. As many of us here, are uncertain like you, regarding when our files will be picked and believe me waiting really kills you. If you want to make better use of the time meanwhile sitting in the pool, then reappearing for the IELTS again would be helpful. That way you can make yourself busy and free from the anxiety for a while. 453/456 is a pretty good score, enough to witness an ITA. Go for it!!!
Oh.. Is that so? Look for other ECA agency then. There are plenty out there.
I don't understand why ICAS and IQAS don't accept provisionals! Strange..
@ravinder_singh CES accepts provisional for immigration. They say either provisional or degree certificate. Please check it once again.

I kinda started hating jan, THE MONTH, with around 11000 itas, but happy for the guys who went through.

I was thinking that now people are more aware about the EE system and, therefore, would result into the decrease in ita decline rate. But many took it otherway and make fake profile for testing purpose and decline the ita which i, personally, dont like. If they are 2-3 %, which is huge and would be enough to kill the dreams of many, especially 441-449. The guys with 441-449 are lossing points after certain period of time so please avoid making fake prifiles. You may spend more time on internet or consult an immugration agent if you have doubts but please don't go for this, fake profile making, practise.
The thing which panicked me is the number of ITAs. Let's see if they prefer b2b draw instead of increased number of ITAs.

@Sara890 actually I had called CES to ask in-person every minor detail and during the conversation their representative cleared that they don't accept provisional degree for immigration purpose. You can also call them on +1-416-978-2400

I am waiting for ECA to complete..my score until end of March would have been 454. I lost 5 points after my birthday..so now my score will be 449..and I am still waiting for WES to complete their evaluation.
It's due for completion on 23rd..so I will complete my profile and submit..the score would be 449..
