Hello All, I am sitting at 440 now. NOC 2132. Got a message today from Alberta PNP program. The letter reads as "Alberta Territorial/Provincial interest letter". It states as follows...

"Alberta is interested in your profile. Please contact AINP if you are interested to apply to consider for nomination"

I don't have any work permit or temp residential status. I am an Indian national. Will I be eligible for nominations? Can anybody give your suggestion please? Your advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

PS. Also... Had any anyone recieved similar mail from Alberta? Please share your experience!
I doubt that you need a work permit for the PNP streams. You got the NOI based on your profile: NOC, Experience and other factors. So, if you don't have any specific choice ragarding the provinces and want your dream to land in Canada come true no matter what! Then Simply accept the NOI from AINP. It will take 2-3 months for your application to process. Once it is met with the requirements and successfully processed, you will given the nomination and will be rewarded with additional 600 points automatically, which will boost your score to 1040. Based on such a great score, you will get the ITA easily. After that the process for the PR application will be started. So, it takes 8-9 months in altogether. Good luck!

Everyone,

It's just a matter of time, we all will be through one day for sure. Not surprisingly, ROH thread brings smile on some faces and queries/losing hopes on others. But, at the end, we all are striving for one dream i.e., Maple Leaf which keeps everyone motivated.

We're blessed to have such great minds who're connected via ROH threads, so I request everyone not to think of opting-out themselves just because you didn't get your ITAs so far or may be due to long wait still follows.

Remember that - The harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph.

PS: I'll be back soon with list of people with their CRS scores update :)
Lol! Honestly speaking, We've no chance in 115-117 with the scores 440-447, but still we're following the ROH threads from the last 2 months. Because regardless of the truth, somewhere inside us, we're desperately willing for the miracles to happen!

When draw happened at 438, nobody even thought that CRS would drastically drop to 438. So Yes, miracles do happen and wait for your turn, you’ll be through.

Believe in God and in yourself. Everything happens for a reason!

Hello brother! Thank you for ur prompt response. But there is a link "contact" that guides me to the another page "how to apply for PNP". Where when I click alberta it takes me to the eligibility page where again the live work permit stands as paramount criteria to apply for AINP .That is the sole reason why I posted my query at first. Yet I have planned to write a mail to AINP putting my query. Whatsoever be it.. thank you for giving me hope :) wish u good luck .I keep everyone posted about my proceedings here. Cheers!

Hey , you still have 60 days to submit. FBI report you can get it in 2 weeks. Better your police report cover the last time u were in the country. Where do u live now ? If ur in US , go to a police station for finger prints ( they do better prints ), and send the print card to FBI by express mail
Ask for signature for delivery
I actually lived/worked in Canada with my post grad work permit. My passport is visa-exempt to Canada

The day you receive an AoR your application will be locked in and you're free to go anywhere.

Hey I'm in Canada as well. You can go after AOR. as long as you have a valid permit to come back. But if you will be in implied status, don't go

Most likely the answer is NO. Check FSW eligibility by ignoring Infy experience. If no impact, no need to put.

Unrelated, but does anyone know if there is a thread/post about when does it make sense to apply for PNP? I simply couldn't find that information.
2 attempts on IELTS so far (8-8.5-6.5-7.5 in LRWS), partner and I both have US Masters degree, age 31, NOC 2171 (3 years Data Analyst) and partner NOC 0213 (6 years IT Manager), sibling is a PR in Ontario. CRS is at 432, only thing stopping us from ITA is (the infamous) 0.5 in writing.

Also, asking for my friend who has the same IELTS, Masters, age 26, Web developer for 1 year. Current CRS 408.

Thanks in advance and wish everyone the best!
