There maybe 3 draws in the beginning of every quarter ... My assumption though

If the cut off is 450 and below you will get the ITA. Incase if its 451 which I highly doubt, you will loose to TIE BREAKER. Good luck.

1.If you're not stucked with tie breaker rule, then for sure you will.
2. If the cut off is 450, you're in.

CIC is a big evil ~ purposely delay the draw and make the points high !

Why do that to 440-450 people, they are also excellent and talentive people !
