There will be a draw for sure! 3 weeks gap can never be expected at this situation, because it may lead to an adverse effect on CIC, by increasing the backlog in the following draws. CIC won't be willing to face that thing again. Secondly, it would be too soon for them to have another 3 weeks gap! So be hopefull buddies.
Not me, but there are few applicants waiting from that long! So always keep yourself positove. Its human nature to be impatient and get rid of the things very soon.
