I'd never say definitely. There's nothing guaranteed about any part of this process. But very likely is ok, lol.

When they publish results on a given day, there are three scenarios:
1. End of day
2. Beginning of day
3. Sometime during the day

If we assume the worst case (#2) which gives highest speed, it would be 210 450+ applications per day.

(2327 + 253 + 3350) / 28.25

28 complete days is clear. 0.25 to account for remainder of the day on 30 Jan post draw.

With 210, we get a leverage of around 400 450- candidates in each two week draw.

Shortfall because of three week draw is one week of applications i.e. 1600

Thus, in four draws, the cut off should touch 450 which means first draw of April.

Not to be creepy.. just looked at your CanadaVisa profile.. (ok that was creepy ).. I am you with less IELTS scores.. L8.5 R7 W7 S9.. I wish I could rearrange my IELTS scores.. I would make mine to - L8.5 R8 W7.5 S7.5 (CLB 10) .. then I would be at 441 too.. Stupid IDP.. My speaking test didn't go very good.. Reading was excellent.. I expected a 8 in writing.. and look at the score, its as if I got someone else's report..

Coincidentally, I was in Pune for a few years too..

If you were confident of your IELTS attempt, you should have opted for verification of results. I have seen people in this forum, getting an increase of 0.5 marks, sometimes.
Nevertheless, even with my score I'm also hoping for divine intervention.

Not exactly.. go to the website of provinces you like.. See what they want.. Some have different requirements and procedures

Yes, if you have selected all the province in EE profile, the province will issue you NOI, after which you can contact that province and send your docs to them. Then they give you 600 points. And then again back to ircc steps... Next draw you obviously get the ita, and apply for PR.

Although its rare but remark can decrease scores.. the experience I had at IDP test center, things I have heard about first time test taker with IDP, and massive power of my bad luck.. I would hold on to the scores I have for some time before reattempt..

You don't immediately get 600 points. Once you accept Ontario NOI, they will ask you to send all the necessary documents for verification. This verification process could take anywhere between 1-3 months. In some cases you might even receive a verification call(interview) where you have to explain certain things to the officer. Once the officer feels everything is good with your application he sends you a nomination and when you accept it, your CRS points immediately jumps 600 points further.

The people I was helping from Edmonton, they actually went in for an interview the very next week after accepting NOI. So I suppose, the processing procedure differs province to province.

Thanks @SithLord @NikSharma01 ... So this means, that for OINP PNP it will take around 3 months, and then for PR it will take additional 6 months..... Is this inference correct?
