They will make history by hitting all time low score for express entry! :) sit tight guys!
All time low - did you mean cut off below CRS 413?
Don't expect that for a few years at least!

I wonder if there will be any draw on Monday because it is a holiday in Ontario, Family Day. I do not have any intention to hurt you guys as well as myself.
I guess it is not a Federal holiday. So IRCC should be working I guess!

Do you guys know if there'll be a draw today? And do you know if you get invited for sure if you have well over 500 points?

Seems like a scam, as CIC is well aware of current pool and knows there are not many people with a score greater than 441, so they are not conducting draw and waiting for more people to join with a higher score.

Looks like CiC don't need people with a lower score, then why they show as eligible?
Score greater then 441 you can only hit if you are married and one of them have masters with Avg IELTS score.
on the other hand with perfect IELTS score, age less than 30 , non CEC and only bachelors one can only reach max 441. with all these parameters its seems impossible to reach even 430.
CIC is only trying to keep the cut off at an optimum value (highest possible based on the yearly targets and the application intake). If the demand for Canada PR goes down, the optimum cut off value will decrease.

Hence, they do draws spread out throughout the year. If not, they could have invited everyone in the pool on Jan 1st and then no more draws for the year as they would meet yearly targets with a single draw. Express Entry system is designed specifically to avoid this scenario.

If they did not want this they could have continued with the pre-2015 process of taking everyone eligible.

Has there ever been a gap of more than three weeks between two consecutive draws?
There have been 4 and 5 week gap draws previously but it's a long time back and it has happened only once each.

So expect the draw to happen next week.

@ abhishek,
At the same time, we can't ignore the required manpower to process the applications. Since they have already invited the candidates to the score 438, it's hard to believe that they don't have 3350 or 3900 candidates in the pool with the score 438 and above based on our observation the past year.

Mostly no draw today. Yes, you will get invited certainly with CRS 500+ in the next draw.

Yes, that's the reason why PR processing used to take years with all the backlogs they had. Express Entry puts the highest scored applicant right in front of the queue irrespective of the fact if he created profile 1 day before the draw.

I don't know why people tend to complaint when Canada has one of the best immigration systems currently across the world. Their neighbours US on the other hand have the worst system in place for prospective immigrants.

And yes, there would be 3900+ applicants with CRS 440+ in the pool by now.

447, what do you believe? Tks.
If the draw is next week-
With 3350 ITAs, cut off will easily be 450+.
With 3900 ITAs, you have a slight chance @ CRS 447.
