Please someone help me on this one as it is urgent. I am getting the entire amount from my father as gift deed to show as proof of funds. I am from india. My understanding is that getting a gift deed is buying a 100 RS stamp paper with notary stamp from an registered notary and then printing the gift deed format on it and the printing part can be even in the absence of notary i.e home. I believe you do not need to get the gift deed registered as money is an movable property. Please correct me if I am wrong

Finally, got the magic score. Received the EOR result and writing increased from 6.5 to 7.

Ohh i know that feeling of positive EOR result (sadly also the feeling of a negative EOR) . It is how i passed that damn exam.

I am sorry for that negative outcome but equally glad it come out +ve next time. I just got lucky in my 1st attempt.

Yes, I am currently working on all the docs. Mostly completed. Just couple left.

Highly unlikely due to the number of people stuck in the 430s.. for that to happen, there needs to be at least 5 to 6 back to back one week draws with 3900 invites..

My score is 438. I missed the invitation in the previous draw by tie breaking rule as I created my profile on june.

I also got the ONIP invitation in 2018 but I declined it as i was expecting the direct ITA but the score didn’t come below 440. This year is there any chance of getting ONIP if the crs score goes up again. As i heard if we decline the ONIP once, we will not get the invitation again. Is that True?

I think we need to recreate our profile in order to get another NOI.

I thought you will be taken out of the EE pool if you accept the OINP invitation and start the process... i was mistaken.

So you can start a PNP process and if your CRS managed to be above the cut off, you can cancel the PNP process and go with ITA?

Yes, you can go ahead with direct ITA anytime before you accept your approved province nomination. Once you accept the province nomination, then your CRS would increase by 600 and your ITA would have been obtained with that score.
