I know I'm supposed to wait up to 24 hours, but - have people started getting ITAs yet?

I think next draw will be on 06.02.2019 and the draws will be weekly I hope so.

I was able to figure an explanation for this odd draw (1 week gap draw but only 3350 ITAs).

Just my guess, CIC might be planning to do 3 draws on all the months with 5 Wednesdays and 2 draws on all the months with 4 Wednesdays.

Jan, May, Jul and Oct have 5 Wednesdays. All the remaining months have 4 Wednesdays.

11,150 ITAs already issued in Jan.
3350*3=10,050 ITAs each in May, Jul and Oct
3350*2=6,700 ITAs each in the remaining 8 months

Total in 2019: 11150+(10050*3)+(6700*8)=11150+30150+53600=94900 ITAs

With this approach they can meet the ITA target for 2019.

I hope this is not their plan as it would mean higher cut offs in the coming months due to reduced draw size (3350 instead of 3900).

2019 looks pretty good so far.

Back to back draw and lower cut off than any of the draws in 2018.

Ontario may have to re-issue all the NOIs issued under HCP this year.

3350 ITAs is the only spoiler.

The OINP people might be very angry on CIC guys right now.

I got my ITA last week but declined my ITA
as one of previous emplpoyer Wipro technologies and Randstad India declined to provide reference letters
so I crreated new profile my score reduced from 475 to 450 is there a chance for ITA next draw

Yup, you will get through in next draw as per score prediction. Start preparing the documents!

Indian PCC - Check for details on the Indian embassy website.
Medicals - Check CIC website for certified doctors in Sweden.

Start the process immediately as you only have 60 days to submit all.

Off Topic - why dont you settle down in Sweden itself its a good country too.

This is my second invitation, i got 2 invitations in 2 weeks. I declined previous one due to some errors ; and I found that I was unable to give supporting documents.

You will receive email soon , last time, it took a few hours before I saw pop-up email.
