Me 447 and a birthday on feb 4th. This is terrible.
If i was just 3 hours earlier on creating the profile, i had been invited already in the previous draw

As long as two draws happen in Jan, you will make it. Let's hope for the best.

If there is 3900 candidates with 450+ in pool, will that be a huge surprise ? To me that is a huge number

If there is going to be a change in the CRS calculation system, would they notify in advance or only once the first draw is made? Because @abhishek_89 said there was a 4-week gap before a change was made last time.

They would notify in advance if there is a change to the CRS point system.
Previously, when the 4 week gap happened, they had informed in advance that there were changes to the system.

This time the reason for the delay could be due to the delay in updating the new fund requirements for 2019.

Nov 14th 2018 scheduled draw actually happened on Thursday Nov 15th.

There are instances of such delays in the recent past, so we need to wait and watch. Hope things sort out well especially for those having birthdays in Jan/Feb that could deduct some points.
