Bro kindly clear my confusion....
Suppose he gets his invitation email before 1st Jan 2019 which happens to be his birth day, would the score get reduced after 1st Jan or remain same?
I mean to ask that If a person's birthday falls in between the period of getting an invitation email after the draw and applying the file, which is 60 days duration... do the score gets reduced or remain unaffected?
If you've gotten ITA before you're 30th birthday, you're scores will drop but since you've already received an ITA, this will not affect your application.
In the last 3 years, the last draw for December has always been before 23rd. So I'm sure that trend will continue this year too. I believe last draw this year will be on 21st and then next one will be in January

I'm not sure but there have been many rare draws on Mondays and Thursdays. Who knows the last draw of the year could be on Thursday again or we could have a back to back draw
Going by the trend of last 3 years, we should definitely have 2 draws in December.
There will surely be two draws this monthoh ! great ! anything will do if its 2 draws in december
