Ray of Hope - 104th draw

I got my ITA at 4am IST. But don't worry if you haven't received it yet, you will surely get it within 24 hours of the draw.

You do understand that the draw before (nr. 102) happened after less than 2 weeks (it happened after 1 1/2 weeks and there was a FST draw just before it). Yet the drop was not significant there. That alone would hint where the competition is.
 
I think IRCC is trying to catch up the nomination target since we're close to year end already.
I mean, I cannot think of a reason for a back-to-back Monday draw as oppose to a 16-day draw pattern in the past.
Therefore my conclusion is: they are not going to skip any draws, but cannot rule out the possibility of a 16-day draw.
 
I got my ITA 8 hours after the draw.. hang it there guys, you’ll get it too!
 
Guys, any chances for CEC program specific draws anytime sooner? I don't think they had any over last couple of years I guess, so it's high time for one.

Sitting at 427 for so long with so many ielts attempts and still trying month after month for CLB 9. Feeling frustrated. My biggest problem is MCQ with long texts in listening and writing.
