I have not received an ITA yet. My CRS is 481. I submitted my profile on October 22nd.

On all forums, I am reading that it takes up to 24 hrs to receive an ITA, however everyone that I know who applied have received ITAs within 1-2 hours of the draw.

1. Is there still hope left for others waiting?
2. Are all profiles submitted before the exact draw date-time considered for the draw?

Thanks.

Hi Everyone... want to know is about proof of funds. I dont have 12500$ in my account. So i am going to get them from my father and will get a gift deed for that...
Now I Have 2 questions...
1. Exactly when do i have to get the respective amount transfered to my account.... Pre ITA?, Post ITA? ... Before Submitting e APR??
My second question is once i get this amount in my account for how long does this amount has to stay in my account... Or i can take that amount out any time and transfer back to my fathers account??
Thanks in Advance

I have finally upgraded my score to 441 from 438 ! Any predction for next draw ?

As far as I was told, they will look back over 6 months or so. So any large injection of cash in a lump sum will be questioned as it looks dodgy, so you will need relevant evidence to support it.

Also, once you get a letter to say you have been accepted and you travel there to get your visa, they could if they wanted to, question you about the funds and want to see them and if you dont have them they can reject you.

I was told all the above by an immigration consultant fyi, so if anyone knows differently, please correct me :)

You can get the amount transferred post ITA before submitting eapr. Since the amount is a gift it does have to be in your account for 6 months or anything like that. It can be transferred even one day before submitting e-apr.

You need to maintain the proof of funds in your account till you land.
