If one has a Bachelors degree outside Canada (ECA report is 4 year Bachelor) and a second degree like a Graduate Diploma from a Canada institution, Can one claim points for 2 or more degrees?

Well they just had a draw today and their recent drawing pattern is once every 2 weeks also, so you can do the math

Would exactly a day/an hour before that draw be considered? Or around 4 days before, basing on the information on the recent one?

There’s no fixed pattern. They can draw anytime they like.

I have 445 points and also didn't receive invitation yet. So it should be in next 24 hours?

I had to decline last 2 invitations since I got them and I didn't have 2 years of working experience yet (system counts work experience wrong). In that two situations I got invitation few minutes after the draw...
