Cut off will be high due to few things
1. 3 week gap
2. IELTS results( q exam results will be declared soon and one is already declared )
3. ONIP nominees are sent to all whose file
Was u see process and number is more than 500
4. Saskatoon gave nominees as well (my frends recived so there will be others as well)
5. A lot of International students finish there 1 year experience in September or end of October so they will Be in pool. They get extra 15 points
6. Old international (CEC) applicant who are on 3 Year work permit and who already made there profile last year they done with there 2 year experience or 3 year so they will get extra points as well.

Nobody knows. My guess would be Monday, but at this point, we’re all guessing, and from my experience since joining this forum, we’re quite bad at it

why no draw.. its been more than 15 days since last draw

See I told you, reason being cic is unable to process applications and most of the applications are going beyond six months timeline. It’s crucial for them to clear some burden before releasing new ones. Not sure if it’s totally correct but I believe it’s one of the reasons.

I suspect that in their website they had some glitch to be fixed, so they could not do the draw on Nov 14th. Hope for draw today.
