Payslips are needed, if your company declines to provide salary details on the reference letter. You have to mention the same thing on the LOE, stating that due to confidentiality reasons your company has not agreed to share that details on the reference letter in place of that you have attached payslips as proof of pay
No, my reference letters also have salary mentioned. But I want to add payslips which double confirms everything that is already on ref letters like Emp ID, start date, full-time, salary break-up, bank account, etc..

Then in that case its your choice, probably you can mention in LOE that you are submitting additional documentation regarding your pay. Just to avoid any confusion for the officials who will review your case

I have a total of 4.6 yrs of experience in 2 companies. 1 has totally denied reference letter and has provided a letter in their letter head that they do not provide reference letters and the other has provided reference letter but in a different format in which they have provided my joining and leaving date and number of work hours but no salary.

Each of these organizations are not ready to send me exact required reference letter. I have 1 manager in each organization who are ready to provide their signatures on reference letter which I can get notarized.

Is this okay, guys ? i have all the salary slips, offer letter, form 16s, certificates etc. are there any rejection cases in this scenario ?

if you can get your managers to write the letters on the letterhead then it should not be a problem.
