I'm shocked that even native speakers would struggle with written tests too...

Nothing shock here. If It was in my native language, I will still struggle for sure. I'm not a journalist by birth; But the entire IELTS test is design for people who is prodigy in that counter part.

I am devastated. On my previous 4 attempts I got 9 on reading each time. I was confident that I will be getting at least 8.5 this time too, but I only got 6.5
Either I wrote the answer in wrong sequence or the examiner messed up while grading. Can not think what to do? I will get the hard copy after 10 days only due to national holidays here, but I can not figure out how the heck this happened. LSW: 887
My RL bands decreased from previous attempt and writing band is unchanged. Man this whole Canadian thing sucks.

So why can't you just use the IELTS attempt that will fetch you the highest score? Just disregard the latest one if you think there has been a mistake which will give you a lower score.

I can but that gives me only 439 CRS. I took this latest IELTS for 3 more points in writing (thus CLB 10 in all modules), but 6.5 in Reading meaning my hope for re-evaluation is bit tricky, probably unwise.

I see. Any chance you can reevaluate one of your previous attempts with a higher score?

Nope. Too late now. Last attempt was on Feb 2018 which gave me 439. I was so certain of getting ITA by 3rd quarter of 2018, at that point, that I did not even think of eor.

hi all,

Does anyone know any services that can just check my Work references - make sure they are formulated correct and maybe help confirm NOC code?

As a behavior Technician for children with intellectual disability, I think NOC is 4215.

Thank you
