I just got my IELTS result.I have now 441 points.what are the chances that next draw is 441? I've been dreaming to go to Canada for more than 3 years

I was at 437 when the draws were 440. Retaken IELTS and improved CRS to 440 and the draw was 445.
I'm losing another 6 points after Oct 17th. Painfully waiting for it to drop back to 440, otherwise I'm screwed.

I got my result and am shocked. I went from a 9 in writing 2 years ago down to a 7. I'm a native English speaker with a graduate degree. But I think R9 L8.5 S9 W7 still gets me CLB 9. Am I right?

Yes it is still a 9 . had you got .5 more in writing it would have been a CLB 10

Yes you can, and very likely you would get 0.5 more. However, it would take 4-5 weeks for the whole process.

What's your CRS now? If its above 445 then you ll get ITA ....

I am in the unfortunate 438 catagory...trying to get to 441...
