That's great! I thought you would have received ITA on 5th Sep when cut-off came down to 440 with tie-break date in April?

Any particular reasons for choosing IQAS over WES?
Do you know of cases where IQAS ECA gives recognition to masters which WES has undermined as post graduate diplomas due to 3 year bachelor degree?

Already done ECA with WES and they gave PG Diploma to 2 year Masters due to the 3 year Bachelors degree. We've CRS of 437 with that. What I have read and understood from the forums is IQAS is much slower than WES, but more lenient with recognizing degrees and even providing Masters equivalence. So, keeping our fingers crossed

Just logged in to our cic account to check the new score. Such a relief to be back on track after 5 months but the draw on last Wednesday killed my joy to some extent coz I think there will be no draw this Wednesday The score might again shoot up to 450s. Hope not..

Hubby couldn't take the speaking test in July, and the British Council Staff wouldn't listen to any of our plea to reschedule the speaking test Some candidates could have willingly swapped their slots with us, (a few were happy when we offered them ours) still, the staff didn't cooperate at all. The delay cost us a lot. Gonna get new Medical and PCC coz old ones will be 6 months old in October but hey, it's investment for a better future after all.

I need to decide about the new medical tests now. The hospital where we did our medical tests for Canada, had no idea about Express Entry system. They didn't even have an option of medical for people who receive ITA. I asked them to do it under Federal Skilled Worker's category and upload our results in the system. They were reluctant but then did as I said. Now after losing my first chance, I became skeptic about things. I think we should fly to Dubai to get our medical done after receiving ITA. The costs will be higher but again, we are willing to invest as much as we can to ensure the PR this time. What do you guys think? Which thread should I follow to get an answer to this question?

Its not dropping below 440....431 is not possible this year at all
