Which is why it was really critical for OP to make an argument on the record for why the FPAT assessment of his absences was wrong and provide counter evidence. Of course, if the CO made a mistake and it was pointed out to him/her, it should have been possible to avoid the CJ hearing altogether--but it doesn't even seem as if the OP knew about this mistake until the CJ hearing and then only seems to have discovered in passing by viewing the FPAT. There really should be more transparency in this process. I am assuming of course that there really was a "mistake" here and not an issue of credibility.
