hi,
pls help me to answer this problem,
i came here july 2014 as permanent resident,
im pregnant and will be due on december, im planning to back to philippines on january 2015 to get married
and planning to come back after a year or on 2016.
is that possible?
im afraid i will loose my permanent residency...
please help me thanks

What are going to do after you got married?
You may stay out of Canada for 3 years out of 5. So, it is not an issue.

The issue, however, could be that actually when you landed in July 2014 you were in common law relationship with you now husband-to-be.
Were you asked at POE about any changes in you marital status or any other similar questions? And what did you answer?

Also, to sponsor your husband you will need to have a job in Canada and actually live in Canada.

I came in Canada as single and pregnant, and my due is on Dec 12....
my plan is to return to phils after giving birth to get married and after a year, i'll be back in Canada, to find a job and to establish my self and to update my marital status.
so that in due time my fiance and my child will be with me...

Where you asked at POE while landed about your marital status? You were pregnant , and you child father WAS in the picture? But you claimed at POE you are SINGLE?

If you will get a Canadian passport for your baby before you go back to get married- you will be able to go back with him or her, no problem.
However, you husband will have to try to get a visitor visa to Canada and if declined- stay in Philippines till he gets his PR as your family member. Just be prepared that it will be quite difficult in Canada to look for a baby, to get a job and earn enough money to sponsor your husband.
