Hello Guys,
The same here, I sent my application in October and I was selected randomly for a Quality Assurance.
Checking my passport I notice that I don't have put a trip to USA (only one day) in my Cithinzhip application. Is it considerate Misrepresentation?
They asked me a lot of document. For example the lease contract, I had a contract only from 2016 to 2017. Before I was sharing an apartment without a contract and I was paying cash. How can I prove it?
I have the bank statement ,T4, T4A ecc for all years, six months of school note, birth certificate of my 2 kids born here, Helth record, Tickets flight of my trips (without boarding pass). Do you think is it enough or not to prove my presence here?
I already ask a FOIA from USA and CBA for Canada to prove my Enter/Exit record. For my trip to France where I can apply for an Exit and Entry record?
They ask also a translation all of the stamps in my passport. If the stamp is half in English and half in a foreign language I have to translate it or not?
I know a lot of question... but I'm really worried about all these documents!

I saw examples posted here that people forgot putting short trips. Officers didn't make fuss about it and all good.

Also, what if a country dont provide entry/exit record, what should we do?

Very likely just a finger print request. That's the message that shows up when they ask for FP.

You will not know what it is until you receive it. It will come soon enough so no point in speculating.

While the Finger Print request is the most common reason for this message, the actual request can be a request for a variety of things, ranging from particular documents to more extensive requests such as RQ, RQ-lite, or PPQ.

In particular, if you have not attended the test/interview yet, it appears it is NOT likely to be RQ (CIT 0171 or CIT 0520). However, it could be the PPQ . . . Physical Presence Questionnaire -- Quality Assurance Exercise, which is CIT 0205. The latter is a broad, intensive, profoundly intrusive demand for lots of information and documentation. A huge inconvenience. Several participants have reported receiving this recently. Hopefully that is NOT what you will be getting.

Thanks to a more precise report, and a couple other reports also referring to the PPQ by its formal name, we now know that IRCC is using a PPQ named "CIT 0205" titled "Physical Presence Questionnaire - Quality Assurance Exercise" at least in the context of Quality Control.

Dear Friends,
My wife has applied for citizenship in October, and received request for additional evidence under QA program. We are gathering all the required documentation. I appreciate your help in answering the below questions:
1) Entry/Exit records from USA: We found that IRCC included a consent form to be signed by the applicant for IRCC to obtain history of arrivals/departures from USA.We are wondering whether it is necessary for us to request official travel history from US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), as it seems that IRCC will obtain on behalf of us. I understand that I can request the travel history from CBP. My wife had some travels to the USA. Please share your thoughts.

2) Entry/Exit records from India: It seems that India does not provide official entry/exit records. We will be attaching the color copies of the visa stamps as part of QA documentation. I am thinking that a cove letter with an explanation should suffice here. Please let me know what you did?

3) The home title or mortgage documents do not include my wife's name. I am thinking of writing a letter explaining this, and providing a copy of home title which is on my name. Please let me know your thoughts.

It is nice to find this forum, I applied for my citizenship in October 2017, I received on the 21st if December a mail request for the QA! Dated as 12th December (delayed delivery!!?) + the Christmas and new year holiday before I can request all those documents and papers! During the last 4 years I have done several courses (missing some transcripts) , plus worked at 4 different employers and changed 3 apartments wondering if it will be possible to force all those people to give me the letters within 1 month or so!!

I already did a mistake filling up the physical presence, is it a good idea to use a corrector ?? Since I couldn’t find an online copy to download forms updated November 2017.

After this rule change to 3 years, most of the applicants are now receiving this quality assurance RQ...wow
