Hi my apologies I thought u wanted to know what RQ stands 4.
Two of my friends got it. Both used to live in the UAE. One got it in April 2013 and received her passport July 2015. She also travelled to the US a couple of times. Previous residency in the UAE and frequent travels to the US are common reasons to receive the RQ.
The another friend did not cancel her residency visa in the UAE before coming here. that was the reason 4 her. she received it in November 2015 and her Oath was in June 2016.
Thats why taking the exist and entry report from the UAE is a must to avoid the RQ.

All they want it proof that u really lived in Canada. once they see the exit/entry report, their minds will be put at ease.
