Dear Senior and fellow members, Hello!

Please can anyone confirm, who to write/ask about choosing appropriate NOC. I have been emailing NOC team at CNP-GD2@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca and it looks like every time some new member of the team is handling my query and i have sent the same query at least three to four times. I was just wondering if there is any contact details for IRCC or CIC wherein i can send my query.
