I have applied for PR Provincial Nominee class (non express entry) online. I want to raise a webform to add additional documents but I have not received an AOR yet.
Do I need to wait for AOR to submit a webform ?

I prefer not to wait for AOR because the document I want to add is a PCC that I just received now and its only valid for 3 months. I do not want to risk it being expired by the time I receive the AOR.

I couldn’t submit the PCC with my initial application because it took time(4 months) . So I thought I submit my application and raise a webform when I receive it.

You can send that document without AOR however they won’t be able to attach it to your application as your application is not in the system yet . I would suggest you to wait or apply another PCC when you get AOR. Just send PCC now and if they ask apply new one in meantime time .

Hey how did this work out for you? Did you send PCC before AOR? If yes, was it attached to your file?

Yes it was attached to the file. You need to called IRCC and obtain your file number TFN (temporary file number). Raise a webform and mention the tfn in the description box. also you should write an explanation letter explain the the purpose of the webform. Otherwise they will email you after a week or so asking to resubmit the webform with an explanation letter.

I appreciate your response. I applied in July but noticed an error in one of my forms. I wondered if I could submit before AOR and if they would actually attach what I'll be sending. I already called IRCC for the TFN.

Hiii Roxrayexpress,
Just want to know whether you received the TFN after calling IRCC. I also applied in July and waiting for the AOR.

Yes I was able to get the TFN after calling IRCC. It's pretty easy. Just call and answer the security questions asked by the agent then they'll let you know if the application is visible to them and then they'll give it to you.

Thanks Rox for your valuable information. Please confirm whether the number is right to make a call, 1-613-944-4000‍. I will be calling from outside Canada. Also how did you make your call, use of any app or something.

I'm sorry I just saw this. By now you should have called. I'm inland so that's not the number I used. I used this 1-888-242-2100.

Thanks Rox for the information. Unfortunately still am unable to call IRCC and get the TFN. If possible what all security questions were asked by the agent. It seems really not possible to call IRCC from outside. Today I raised a webform asking for the TFN. Lets see if anything will happen.

Hello,
I called the IRCC with the same number, but every time they ask for the UCI and application number
How can I directly talk to an agent without entering this information?

How do we know that the document has been attached to our application? do they sent any mail?
And did you got your actual AOR after this?

You should get two email, one as soon as u have submitted the webform to confirm that it has been submitted successfully. And the second email to confirm that it has been attached to your application. The second email could take hours to two weeks.

Optionally you can also call IRCC after receiving the second email to confirm the same.
