Thanks. One more doubt. I'm using a representative (an immigration lawyer) when I create my EE profile and he helped me for updating changes. But when I ask him to apply SINP, so far no response. Can I apply myself to SINP and put no representative while filling the online application form for SINP and submit? Any impact of misrepresentation before CIC?

No. It is no misreprestation in eyes of cic.
Using a representative or not is entirely your personal choice and decision and the outcome of your application has absolutely no connections with using representative.

Feel free to lodge SINP application your self.

NO. You do not need a PCC and health certificate for OINP.


You have 45 days to submit your complete applocation to oinp office. Your application submission is your way of saying... Hey i accept your invite and here is my application.

30 days acceptance is the time when ontario nominates after processing your oinp application and you have 30 days to decide that wether to accept or reject the nomination offered to you by ontario province.

I'd suggest you to submit your app asap.

1. I show funds as FD of Bank ( more than required amount) on my name. is that enough. or we have to write anything with that

Yes. FD can be shown as proof of funds if they are on your name and more than 6 months old and they should be cash-able anytime.

I submitted both FDs and Savings Bank Account statement which showed more than 100k+ US $ that i have on my name.

Moreover, my uncle XXX (my mother’s real brother) is a Canadian Citizen and has been residing in Ontario since 1997 with his family. Their presence and guidance will make it much easier and simpler for me to adopt the culture and lifestyle that the province provides.

Did you got nomination? coz i think you already passed the 90 days after an AOR. Did you contact them about it?

AORs and nominations were not issued during the months of December and January, when OINP was closed, so those two months do not count towards the overall 90 day limit.
