RAD Appeal rejected! Need help for next process!!

Good Day! I recieved negative decision on my RAD appeal yesterday(After 14 months).kindly some body help me guide to go for the next process . Should I go for PRRA,Federal or H/C. Any good lawyer recommendation would be highly appreciated.
I am a family of two kids ,age less than 18 years.(Indian nationality )
Wife not well since last year, on medication because of stress and immune compromised. Kindly help guys by ur genuine advice.

Unless there has been an error in how your case was processed JR would not be appropriate. Your lawyer can advise you on whether JR would be a consideration. PPRA for India is very unlikely. H&C is your best option. If there is treatment and medication available in India your wife's medical conditions her medical condition do not necessarily help your application. If her care is expensive or there is a fear that you may rely on government help that could even hurt your H&C case. I would suggest hiring a good lawyer to present your best H&C case.
