My visa was rejected recently with the following reason

"your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans"


My profile is :
10th- 43%-(2005) CBSE
12th- 62% (2007) (Commerce without Maths) - CBSE
B.com(P)- 52% (2007 to2010{Coress})- Delhi university (with 2 Backlogs, cleared in 2010)
Me having 2.5 years of experience as a Unit Manager in Education field (IIPM college).

Ielts summary :
Listening- 6.5
Reading- 6.0
Writing- 6.5
Speaking- 6.5

OVEROLL -6.5

Loan -6.60 lacs. Paid one year fees.

I hv applied in Humber , GBM (2yrs) without SOP (as per my consultant)

Now my New consultant (Canam) guide me to go for TRU (Thompson Rivers University- British Columbia) for PG diploma in Marketing(2years) with Strong SOP for May,13 intake.

Kindly tell me will i get visa with this profile or not?????

And 1st year fee

Admissiom in centennial for pg in marketng and research
But got rejection..
So i am thinking should i go for a diploma will they approve it then??

whats d procedure for CAIPS??????

definitely dude....
otherwise you simply apply visa next time with changing course....in Caips they had written exact rejection reason on your profile.....like some mark in some semester, sometimes some family tie up etc etc.......you can attach this Cipas note and rectify your rejection reason so they will definitely issue your visa....

i also got a rejection for Sep 2012 intake...i have done BBA and took admission at Humber College, Lakeshor Campus same course Global Business Management...and i got a rejection. One of the reson was same as yours..i applied for the CAIPS note the same day..it take around 30-45 days to get CAIPS...whn i received i saw the detailed reasons...i have applied again for Jan 2013 intake...under general category...i submitted my appication on 30th Nov and the status shows under processing...i m hoping tht i get my VISA this time...if u need to knw anything jst gv me ur number n i will call u ....best of luck

i have applied visa under spp on nov 30 .
10%=79.87
10+2=69.67
hotel management graduation(ihm) 67.45%. completed in may 2012 ........
ielts over all 6 band not les than 5.5
applied for business-marketing (fst track) in mohawk collage ,hamiliton what are the chances of getting visa to me..........

Applied for marketng in centennial pg program
Fees paid gic done
But got the same and only reason
Should i ask for caips and then reapply changing my course to diploma????

Cleared with 4 atkt's in all in fy and sy.
Ty fully passed..
Over all percentage in all years above 55%.

SSC 70%
HSC 56%

Ielts score 7bands.
6 writing
8 listing
7 reading
7speaking

Finance:
Gic done!.
Course taken in centennial post graduate in marketing research and analitics.. Term 1yr
Fees payed!.
Fixed deposit of 9lakh's shown.

All documents ok but got regection

Can i apply again for visa.
Our my chances to get a student visa.
