My NOC is 0213/2822 I have still not submitted EE due to IQAS delay.

I saw in other threads it takes 1-2 weeks for file number but an expert opinion should be taken.

I live in Alberta and my brother who is n UAE has EE profile NOC 1111.Dose he has any chance to get invotation? his CRS is 350 no Canada exp no education only sibling in Alberta

Looking at the date of draw (https://www.alberta.ca/ainp-processing-inventory.aspx). Seems like the next draw will be within the 23rd to 26th of the month. Anyone receiving NOI during this period? Please let me know. Thanks.

No one can give you a definite answer it's up to AINP officers. Selection from EE pool is based on NOC mostly then when selected having a sibling in Alberta boosts your chances of nomination. So all you can do instead is find out if anyone with similar NOC and profile as your bro has received NOI from AINP before.

Alberta doesn't usually give nomination to IT NOCs. Sad.
