Anybody know how much time they gonna take for the decision? ?

I have a little doubt. Do we have to be AINP Nominees to apply for lmia exempt WP or can we apply for it if we havent received our ainp yet but wp os expiring.

Hello,

I have a question and urgent help required. Please suggest me.
I applied for Ainp on 18 march 2016, file number received via email on June 6, 2016.
And, I was pregnant that time and I went for maternity leave on 11 May,2016 and right now I am on Mat leave. Gave birth to my little baby on May 29, 2016. My work permit is expiring in August, 2017.
I have not notified AINP officers yet that I am on leave. Now, I am worried, how to notify them that I am on leave. Should I SEND THEM a letter stating about my job status. What should I say if they call me now to verify my status and what if they ask me for recent pay stubs?
Please help me. I am so worried.

Would greatly appreciate any input.

Does this mean that after nominated for ainp the certificate can be used to get an open work permit for spouse who is in canada

Hi folks,

Can you advise I am currently employed so what should I write in the work history for my current job? Because the "From" and "To" only take some dates. whereas I need to mention "Present" in the "To" section for my current job.
