Hello everyone,


Does anyone has idea, what is difference b/w International graduate and skilled worker category??

I graduated from a college in Ontario and moved here, applied under Employer driven stream? but I'm not sure, whether I fall under international graduate or skilled worker category.??

My husband has applied under EDS-skilled worker category since December 2014 and we haven't heard from AINP yet, Recently I got graduated from Alberta and working as post doc right now. Can I apply under postgraduate worker category as the main applicant and include my husband as my dependent in that? I mean can we have two applications in different categories? one having me as the main applicant and the other one my husband?

Hi Unfortunately you can't do both unless you withdraw the previous application.
You can apply both AINP and express entry at the same time but not two application under provincial . Why don't you give AINP a call,, explain your situation, hope they can push the application a bit for you.

You actually can apply for AINP under 2 different categories with 2 different principal applicant my friend did that his wife was urder SRS and he was EDS and she got her nomination last year its self and they used it to apply for PR they dont have a way to track .... Best of luck

Seems to be like every thing is moving in slow motion. June-July-August will be a do or die for US.
Please update everyone else to keep this forum alive.

It seems that no body received nomination in recent times except a few there is one who got nomination seems like he applied in October 2014 they are going really slow ...

A friend of mine received the Nomination a couple weeks ago she applied under EDS inter. Noc 6311 on first week of May 2014.

Hi guys, Is anyone having a representative/lawyer named "Ashok Shareen" in North East for ur AINP Application?
I had really bad experience with this guy, please don't go to this lawyer , its better to apply by self. I made a mistake by assigning him as I was new in Alberta at that time. He didn't send my complete documents, he was so careless .... and I came to know about this all after 2 years when AINP contacted me and asked about my documents... So please specially newcomers who r going to apply...please don't go to this lawyer.

Very sorry to know your bad experience. Did you send AINP your missing docs after they called you? Hope AINP will understand your situation and give you nomination.
