Yeah they called my employer and ask him all the questions like my job title , responsibilities ,salary ....1st call is always made to the applicant and after that next call to employer instantly.....just remember the name of the officer who called u ....it will help u later....like me ...I called him attest 8-10 times later to ask him when he'll be sending the AINP....he told me that he went for a vacation so he couldn't posted my AINP earlier.....lol.

I got my AINP today...It was printed on 2nd March....June 2014 applicant. ;D

I called them yesterday and they said they might be working on our files. They confirmed our file number and everything.
Did your friend get email from ainp or just the call and when he got the call?what was his noc code?

He got mail. They asked for T4 and pay stub. In second email they asked if had any leave.
So I would prefer, tell the AINP guys that your site is saying you have nothing till May 28. How come you are saying "might be working". Ask them what is the current status you can see for my file?

i am new to this forum. i m following from last month.I applied in dec 2014 first week and get file no jan first wee.
i have a question regarding new marital status. i recently got married. should i update that now or is it ok to wait till get nomination?
Please help me my work permit expired in july 2016.

I will advise you to add you wife to you AINP file. She will get nomination at the same time when you will receive your AINP. Keep in mind to keep all the information correct; either its you address or add/remove family member or Job Change. These things can surely help you in future when you apply for PR.

If you are concern than give them (AINP) a call and verify. Personally I will recommend you to add your Wife. Once she comes here than send a form for address change for her file as well.(Assuming she is not in canada)

Bro, i think we have kinda similar situation, I got married in 2015 dec but i added my spouse as CLP from the beginning, since i have a lawyer he have emailed AINP our marriage certificate and details. Now for the phone call i wish you good luck! I got a call from AINP officer last week(there is some history behind this so pls refer my previous posts ) and how rude they were, it seems we should only call them if the processing times on the AINP website has our date of submission and if they did not call us by then that is when we need to call them. However it depends on the officers mood too, so you can try calling them as there is no harm.
FYI : I applied in feb 2015 & my WP expires in May, EE 425 & LMIA is impossible for me at this time.

I am not 100% sure if you should notify or not. But this is immigration I prefer to always notify them the updated changes. I dont know if they can make out about your marital status, however if you had produced passport details with AINP, dont you think at some point they will figure out?
I prefer playing safe when it comes to immigration !

I will suggest you to update your changes with AINP. I am not sure if they will know about your marriage status for now. but in the future, if your wife wants to apply for immigration and needs you to be the spouse sponsor, it would be a problem.
