I think they'll call u and ur manager both.After talking with u next call will be to ur supervisor or manager

One of my friend applied under NOC 2241 (SRS Engineering Category)but AINP declined his nomination saying that they assessed his application under NOC 2242, which is confusing. He emailed that AINP officer saying that he actually applied under NOC 2241 but not NOC 2242. He never heard back from AINP.

Can he send new application to the AINP again with new job titles and new duties and responsibilities under same employer? His employer is pretty supportive and offered him new position title and duties and responsibilities accordingly.

Answer will be highly appreciated.

So, he applied under NOC 2241 and the Job title was "service specialist" , and most of his job duties and responsibilities fall under NOC 2241. When you see NOC 2241, it says, "Electrical and electronics engineering technicians perform some or all of the following duties", so I do not see any problem with the job duties and responsibilities because it says it could be some or all.
I think the problem is his education requirement. There is High school diploma as an educational requirement in his job description letter.

The declined letter says , your application was assessed under NOC 2242. I don't know why they don't say your application is declined because you do not meet the requirement instead of saying your application was assessed under NOC 2242 after all he never applied for NOC 2242, there is nothing to do with it.

He recently sent new application from same employer as an Electronics Technician with modified job duties, responsibilities and requirements. His employer provided him a new employment confirmation letter with upgraded job duties and responsibilities.

Lets she how it goes. He doesn't even sure if he can re-apply but he already did.

Did anyone else get a call who applied on May 8th 2014 or later on may 2014? I applied on May 20th 2014 and my WP is going to expire really soon like really soon. I would really encourage everyone to please share some info you did recieve any call or any request from AINP.

There always is a possibility of refusal until the officer makes the decision to nominate you

I recieved a call from ANIP officer. He took my interview for 15 min and asked too many questions. At end he asked me that did I apply in other category also like Express entry or any other stream.

I am little worried ? Is there somebody else who recently received call from ANIP. What they asked?

I applied on July 2014 for AINP . I recently renewed my passport because the old one will expire on May as well as my work permit. My question is should I send ainp my updated passport. Since they r calling ppl around that time period I'm afraid if I send my passport right at this moment it might delay the nomination process even further. I've read in a different forum regarding passport issue that it's ok not to send the updated passport as long the old submitted passport has enough time till ainp approval. I would appreciate ur help
