Hello there!! Actually my fiance is in Australia, and my ainp file is under process since October 2014, and I my status is single in the file. If I am getting married before my nomination, do I have to update my status to ainp( single to married) and another question if that will make any difference in processing time; I mean does it will be longer or just normal.

I have heard that it does make a difference. They take longer to process if you change your relationship status. I may be wrong. I would say wait for your AINP as soon you get it and apply for federal you should get married then!

actually my finace is in australia and we are planning to get marry. My ainp file is under processing since October 2014. My status in ainp file is single, do I need to update my married status to ainp once I ll get marry. and does it gona effect my processing time if I will add my finace's name in the file.

hi everyone. I am dependent on my husband. He applied for AINP in december,2013. Our work permit is expiring on 27th december,2015. As this year nominations are over we have applied for work permit extension. So we are almost on implied status. We called AINP several times but they never reply properly they always say ur file is being reviewed...my husband's employer is not willing to apply for LMIA. We tried for express entry but all in vain our points din't even reach 400. I know we have very less hope but what else we can do if u guys have any alternative ideas.

you can apply study permit in Alberta. so that your husband will get openwork permit. With the open work permit AINP process will be continued
