Unfortunately, they are gonna send you a refusal letter. So sorry but they are very strict with the experience requirement. The exact thing happened to me, but I was lucky enough to apply again.

dear friends,
I just recently joined to this topic to ask your ideas about my situation.
I applied for AINP under the category of SRS-PGWP on January 25, 2015. I received the file number on Feb 03,2015.
Last week, On Saturday (October 31, 2015) I got a call from Government of Alberta and they asked me couple of questions to confirm my jobs and address. they also asked me to to provide them with our HR phone number and email. but our HR did not receive any email, phone or message so far. I also did not receive any mail or letter from AINP after 10 days of verification call, I called them today but they refused to give me any info regarding my application.
please advise me if you have any ideas.
Thanks

Hi
I got the nomination today, it was issued on the same day that I got the verification call from AINP office.
But my spouse name is not listed in the letter; I will call and asked them tomorrow.

So, in conclusion, if you get a call from the AINP office, this means your nomination is approved and will be sent to you at the same day; but it could take more than 2 weeks to deliver to you.

Best of luck for all of you guys.

Hey goodwill under which NOC category did you apply ? And why to you need a 3 year experience to apply for AINP ? Did you apply under EDS ?

hi friends
I am in very difficult situation.my brother applied AINP under NOC 6211 in may 2014 .in 2015 they send an email to him that they cant process his file this year.
Then my brther applied LMIA.they refuse that.
Now he is waiting for work permit which he applied on the basis of AINP refernce letter..
I dont know if he is going to recive work permit or not
But i have question will my brther able to ask AINP to consider his file next on study permit?
Bcz he will only going to have 3 months to leave the country..
I am thinking to apply another study permit..
Will this help?
Please suggest something friends...
Depressive days ..
Thank you all

Ontario is for me, AINP is for a friend, he hasn't got anything on his file so I'm checking for him since he's not on this forum.

I applied under semi skilled EDS NOC 6711.i need 3 yr. experience because that is listed in my application form.i know that but still i grab the chance to submit that application even i don't have enough experience because i will reach my 4 year cap.

The AINP is authorized by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) to issue a maximum of 5,500 nomination certificates for the 2015 calendar year.

As of November 16, 2015, the AINP

has issued more than 4,750 nominations so far in 2015
has approximately 6,650 applications that need to be assessed to determine if the application is eligible for a nomination

Post-Graduate Worker Category onaly over 575!! lol :)

This is one of the days when Iam super frustrated:

http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/calgary/syrian-refugees-welcome-in-calgary-open-arms-nenshi-1.3321682

While AINP backlogs 6650 applications who are working, paying taxes etc etc I guess even some are literally depressed due to the WP expires and domestic family issues not knowing what happens next when WP expires
on the other side of this Mr.Nenshi plans on settling 2300 refugees,I am not against this but I sincerely hope he
plans something for people like us too :( arghhh hands down !

I am also not against that but my brther is going through depression bcz he have no option to go anywhere now.no ainp and LMIA refusal..this is very sad for foreign workers and international students..students have gone through so much bcz we spent so much money to come here and fee ..
Please Mr prime minister do something for us.

This time is to gather up and write down a letter to send government as awareness about our situation rather than to taking on here like this I guess . if someone is willing to do it please guys and friends gather up to finish this war ..well seems like war on us of waiting

I am just googling up some information, does this even work if so did any one tried to write the PM ??

I have applied it since May 2014 under EDS haven't heard anything back yet. I would like to be added to if you don't mind. this is really unfair for EDS category.
