5,500 nomination is the cap. As of September 8, 2015, the AINP has issued more than 3,600 nominations so far. I guess people who have longer validity in their wp have to wait.

I have been following this forum. I am frustrated now because it is too long wait time and AINP does not give any information. I am sharing my timeline and if, someone have received it please share their time line so, we all can understand who are waiting for it.
